6 ozs monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend (shredded)
3 1/2 ozs green chili peppers (chopped)
1 1/2 cups cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 dash tabasco sauce
1 pie shell (prepared pie 9 inches)
Mix eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Put cheese and chiles in pie crust. Pour cream mixture over it. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes. Serve hot with salsa.
